Information we collect

If you send an enquiry, we receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, organisation, service interest and message.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use the site. It may collect usage and device information such as pages viewed, approximate location, browser details and interaction events. Cloudflare and our hosting provider may process technical request information needed to deliver and protect the website.

How we use it

We use enquiry details to respond, understand the support you are looking for and continue the resulting business conversation. We use aggregated website data to improve content, navigation and marketing effectiveness, and technical data to keep the site reliable and secure.

We do not sell the personal information submitted through the enquiry form.

Service providers

The enquiry form is delivered through FormSubmit. Website measurement is provided by Google Analytics. Traffic delivery and security are provided by Cloudflare. These providers may process information in other countries under their own privacy terms.

Retention and choices

We keep information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose described above, including normal business, security and legal requirements.

You can use browser privacy controls to limit cookies or analytics. To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use our contact form and choose “Something else”. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.
